If you ever do your DISC profile with TGG, you will see that you are either direct, influential, steady, or analytical (detailed). 80% of people have two major styles, 15% of people have three major styles, and 5% of people have one major style.
Mine is not detailed.
I can remember as far back as my mid-twenties, being told I needed to have more ‘attention to detail’. I have improved significantly, though it is still a work in progress for me – I would much rather be talking to humans than doing spreadsheets.
The challenge is that effective administration and meticulous attention to detail are critical for turning ideas into reality. Critical to business success.
