The Guinea Group (TGG) has been partnering with and upgrading leaders and their teams since 2005.

Here at TGG, we have one relentless question: “Why do leaders need to be calmer and more controlled in pressure situations, and how can they do that”? We continue to ask this question, and as we uncover, discover, and recover the answer to it, we share the answer with leaders and their teams. That is our superpower. Sharing valuable information, that makes a visible, immediate, and impactful difference.

In essence, TGG helps leaders to be better at ‘leading under pressure’ by leading with conscious control, care factor, and courage. The outcome of this work is that leaders learn how to develop high performing and psychologically safe teams.
