Nine Leaders, One Book, and a Finalist Nod From the Stevie Awards For Women In Business

What does it take for a co-authored business book to catch the attention of an international judging panel within months of release?

That’s the question we’ve been sitting with since finding out that Leaders Of Influence: Insights to Inspirational Impact has been named a Finalist in the Stevie Awards For Women In Business, Book of the Year category. It’s a genuinely proud moment, and one we want to share with every reader, reviewer and early supporter who helped get this book into the world.

Real Lessons, Not Recycled Theory

We built this anthology because most leadership books say the same thing in different words. Ours doesn’t. Leaders Of Influence brings together senior leaders writing directly from their own front-line experience, with no borrowed frameworks and no generic motivation. Every chapter tackles a specific, practical question: how trust gets earned, how culture actually shifts, and how leaders convert uncertainty into immediate action rather than analysis paralysis.

The book covers ground most leadership guides skip entirely. Readers get frameworks for securing digital assets at board level, communicating clearly across large teams, and building the kind of personal accountability that holds up under real pressure. None of it is theoretical. Every insight was pulled straight from lived executive experience.

A Finalist in a Global Field

Since launching on 13 April this year, the book has already claimed number one Amazon best seller status across three separate business categories within 24 hours of release. Being named a Finalist in the Stevie Awards For Women In Business builds directly on that early momentum, and it means something different. This is independent validation from a judging panel that reviews entries from businesses and leaders across the globe.

We’re proud to be recognised alongside our co-authors, and we want to thank every one of them for trusting this project with their hardest lessons. Thank you also to the readers who picked up a copy during launch, left a review, and helped this book earn its place in front of judges in the first place.

What This Means Going Forward

Full results from the Stevie Awards For Women In Business are still to come, and we’ll share the outcome the moment it’s announced. Until then, being named a Finalist is worth celebrating in its own right. It tells us the ideas inside this book are resonating well beyond our own network.

If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, now’s a good time to see what nine leaders learned the hard way, so you don’t have to.
