How Meaningful Conversations Turned Into a Book Launch

There are moments in life where you stop for a second and think, “How did we get here?”
This is one of those moments for me.
If someone had told me years ago that simple conversations about leadership, influence, growth, and human behaviour would one day lead to a book launch, I am not sure I would have believed them.
Yet here we are.
On 5 June 2026, we will officially launch Leaders Of Influence: Insights to Inspirational Impact. A project that feels bigger than a book. It feels like the continuation of conversations that started with curiosity, meaningful connection, and a genuine desire to understand what influence really looks like in today’s world.
What began as podcast conversations, sitting down with remarkable leaders, asking questions, listening deeply, learning from experiences, and exploring what truly moves people, slowly became something more.
Those conversations carried wisdom.
They carried lessons.
They carried stories worth preserving.
Over time, one thought kept coming back to me:
What if these conversations could reach further?
Not just through audio and video.
Not just in one moment.
But in a format people could return to again and again.
That simple idea became a much bigger vision.
Leaders Of Influence: Insights to Inspirational Impact brings together an extraordinary group of influential leaders writing directly from lived experience. No recycled theory. No generic motivation. Just practical insights from people doing the work every day.

I look at this upcoming launch and genuinely feel proud.
Grateful.
Amazed.
Not because we created a book.
