A Learning Experience 

Firstly, as a younger man, I experienced an extremely ‘crap’ boss (not leader) who was a screamer and shouter and who was nasty and who was abusive. I was a mid-level manager at that stage and was keen to climb the ladder of corporate success.  

That manager cured me of any career aspirations I had, and I have since been in business. I am now on a mission to create better work places for employees, by helping the leaders in businesses to be better at what they do, and help them to create high performing people and high performing teams.
